Basic housekeeping, monitoring of utilities, and inspection of the unit and its furnishings ideal for fully furnished units with tenants looking for short-term or long-term rentals. This is the preferred service of unit owners who are working or living abroad.

Leasing Services Only (LSO) 

Straight leasing services ideal for bare units with tenants looking for long-term rentals.

We oversee every step of the rental process seamlessly, whether it is tenant screening, lease contract documentation and administration, move-in and move-out assistance, rent collection, or day-to-day maintenance.

Renter Support 

24×7 Support – The Vista Leasing team works round-the-clock support for questions, crises, or repairs.

Home Services 

We have home services representatives who can help you arrange all the repairs and maintenance within your condo. When something needs to be fixed, give us a call and we will be there to help you.

AMS & LSO Services

  • Sourcing of prospective tenants either thru third party brokers and sales activities conducted by the Leasing Services Team
  • Lease Contract Administration
  • Rental Payment Collection
  • Advertising of Unit/s for Rent
  • Negotiations for renewals, extensions and termination and serve all notices as required under the lease
  • Random inspection/ checking of the unit on a quarterly basis
  • Assistance in Tenant Move-in / Move-Out

Individually owned residential units with fully furnished dress up available for short-term and long term lease and is operated as overnight apartment. Unit Enrollment Requirements:

  1. The unit must be fully furnished. A list of required items will be provided and the said items must be present in the unit.
  2. The lessor must submit all the required documents in enrolling the unit.
    • Owner’s Valid ID
    • Notarized SPA and Valid ID, if any
    • List of items with price, description and brand (for semi/fully-furnished units)
    • Photocopy of Acceptance of Property (for unit and parking, if any)
    • Photocopy of latest receipt for HOA Dues payment

    7. How big are your units?

    COHO puts a premium on space as our unit configurations include 24 sqm for Studio units, 30 sqm for 1 bedroom and 40 sqm for 2 bedroom units.

    Every COHO unit is equipped with Fiber-To-The-Home Service that will, through their preferred service provider, allow owners to conveniently use their mobile phones in controlling the lighting, air-conditioning system, and other electronic devices.
